Return Policy:
With the exception of battery packs, any product sold by SR Batteries, Inc. may be returned in its original, unopened, condition for a full refund, less shipping charges. Items that have been opened, and or used, can not be returned. Instead, you should contact us to discuss the reason for the return as we will try to solve the problem if we can.

It should be understood that SR Batteries, Inc. manufactures custom made battery packs which are produced to the individual customer’s specifications. For that reason, we can not accept the return of a custom made pack even though it has not been used. Under no circumstances can a battery pack that has been used be returned.

If for some reason the battery pack you receive is not what you ordered or intended to order, you should contact us to discuss the problem. Although we will try to come up with a solution, the battery pack may not be returnable or there may be up to a 50% restocking charge depending on the specific circumstances of that particular order.

Restrictions on Web-site Use:
SR Batteries hereby authorizes you to copy documents published by SR Batteries on the Worldwide Web for noncommercial use within your organization only. In consideration of this authorization, you agree that any copy of these documents which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained herein.

Each individual document published by SR Batteries on the Worldwide Web may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information relating to that individual document.
