Soaring aircraft present a unique set of problems. Maximum capacity is needed because of
the long flight times but at the same time the pack must be as small as possible because
space is usually at a premium. For this reason, the US Soaring Team has chosen SR packs
for their aircraft for many years now.
If you're into
Hand Toss aircraft, take a look at the 190 Series.For 100" to 140" sailplanes take a look at the 1000AA, 1200,
1300and 1500 Series packs. In the square shape they are only slightly
larger in cross section than an ordinary 500mah pack but they will give you up to 3 times
the flying time. For ships like the Falcon 880 or Love Song we make special triangular
shape packs that put the weight forward where it belongs.
For cross country flying the 2200 Series pack
is
the way to go.
For charging, we have a special series of 4 or 5 cell
inexpensive chargers designed to match our packs. Don't take chances by using the wrong
charger when the right charger is so inexpensive.
Special shapes or wiring requirements are never a problem.

"H"
Series cells are NiMH. Series without an "H" are NiCd.
The SR 190 Series cell is perfect for Hand
Toss soaring

The 900H
Series is a new NiMH battery pack.
The 900H is great for general use
when
you want smaller size and lighter weight without sacrificing
capacity. The 900H is the same size as our 500 Series packs, but it
still has a capacity of over 900mah and a very low internal
impedance so drawing plenty of current is no problem. Click

The SR 1200 Series receiver pack is our
smallest and lightest pack meant for Large Scale sailplanes. This is a very rugged pack

Small and compact yet it
has a capacity of about 1300mah. The 1300 Series pack will fit into
the nose of many sailplanes where no other pack will fit with this
high a capacity. Click on

The SR 1500 Series receiver pack
(1500mah) is
designed for competition applications where weight is of the utmost importance.
If you want to save almost 2 ounces, compared to the typical SubC size pack,

The SR 2200 Series receiver pack
(2200mah) is
about the same size as the 1800 Series pack but it gives you more flying time. If you have
a lot of servos or servos that draw a lot of current, this is the pack to choose. Like the
1800 series pack, this is a very heavy duty receiver pack that should be used in the most

The SR 3500 Series receiver pack (3500mah) is
for really large and heavy aircraft applications. You will get tired of flying well before

What can we say? The SR 5000 Series receiver
pack is our highest capacity pack in regular production. We realize that not many fliers
need this kind of capacity (5000mah) but if you do, here's the pack you're been looking
